Services we provide:

CHILDREN ( AGES 5- 11)

1. GROUP LESSONS (MAX 10 / MIN 4)

• English lessons: Focused on improving their English level.
• Interactive lessons: Learn English through games, speaking, music and interactive group projects. Children learn through speaking, listening and having fun.
• Tutoring: Students can bring their homework and prepare for their school exams.
• Workshops: Students can learn English through interactive lessons. Each workshop is different and offers a different set of activities. For example: write for a magazine; arts and crafts in English; Ceramics; Art (acrylic pouring); Poster for a special cause.
• Competitions/ Fairs : Students can form take part in our competitions such as art, writing, spelling beans and creative competitions.
• Festive workshops (Christmas, Halloween, Easter and Summer): Each holiday we offer fun workshops focused on improving our students English while celebrating our annual holidays.

2. INDIVIDUAL LESSONS:

• Tutoring: Students can bring their homework and prepare for their school exams.
• English lessons: Focused on improving their English level.
• Interactive lessons: Learn English through games, speaking, music and interactive group projects. Children learn through speaking, listening and having fun.

3. SUMMER KIDS CLUB (Max 10 students)

During the summer holidays Underarta puts together a fun kids club where children can enjoy their summer improving their English through games, arts and crafts, excursions, day trips to the beach, sports, dance, experiments, projects, etc.

TEENAGERS (AGES 12- 19)

1. GROUP LESSONS (MAX 10 / MIN 4) OR INDIVIDUAL:

• SCHOOL REINFORCEMENT/ TUTORING:

Classes are offered for students who are studying ESO and need help with exams and homework. Especially for students who are studying the ‘British’ course at the ‘IES Llorenç Garcies i Font’ high school, where a large percentage of their subjects are in English.

• ENGLISH – BACHILLERATO/SELECTIVIDAD: Classes are offered to prepare teenagers who are preparing for their exams.

• PREPARATION FOR OFFICIAL EXAMS – A1/B1/B2/C1/C2:

Prepare for the Cambridge exams (A1-C2) IELTS, IELTS or Escuela Oficial de Idiomas, APTIS.

• INTENSIVE COURSES: During the summer (June, July and August), we offer intensive courses, 2 hours classes three times a week.

ADULTS

1- GROUP LESSONS (MAX 10 / MIN 4) OR INDIVIDUAL:

• SPOKEN ENGLISH

Group speaking classes, where you learn to speak and communicate in English for everyday conversations. These classes focus on having fun and learning English in an interactive way. However, you can also sign up for individual classes focused on your specific needs, whether it is to learn English or to prepare for an exam.

• INTENSIVE COURSES – WORK AREA:

During the summer holidays I will also offer intensive courses every Saturday, where you can learn English for a professional field/work. The groups will be made according to your needs (pharmacists, restaurants, exams, teachers…).

• PREPARATION FOR OFFICIAL EXAMS/ INTENSIVE COURSES – B1/B2/C1/C2:

I understand that there are students who need to obtain a B1/B2/C1/C2 as quickly as possible, so the school will offer intensive courses to prepare for these exams. During the months of June, July and August, groups will be created depending on your on your level. The groups will come three times a week for two hours each class. This way you can prepare for the exam more quickly.

– ONLINE ENGLISH (ZOOM, SKYPE, MEET) :

We offer both individual and group classes, for school reinforcement, or for exam preparation.

OTHER:

• ENGLISH JOURNALISM:

With the journalism degree, the academy will have a magazine or newspaper where pupils can write articles. And where the winners of the competitions will be presented.

• MEETINGS: After each term, parents can meet at the academy to discuss their children’s progress.
